Who provides the service

JoyoRogo is provided by PT Joyo Digitama Solusi, Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Email dzulfikar@joyorogo.com, WhatsApp +62 896-8083-9591. These terms apply to joyorogo.com and the JoyoRogo apps.

Account and use

JoyoRogo helps you log food, workouts, weight and sleep. The numbers it shows are estimates to help you manage your habits, not medical advice. For specific health conditions, ask a health professional.

You are responsible for your account and for what you share to groups or the feed. What data we store is described in the Privacy Notice. JoyoRogo is for users aged 18 and over.

Free and Pro plans

Basic features are free forever, with a daily AI scan allowance. Pro adds scan allowance and other features listed on the Pricing page (Bahasa Melayu). Plan contents and prices can change; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Rupiah payments on the web

On the web, Pro is paid with QRIS or bank transfer for one period (monthly or yearly) upfront. This payment does not renew automatically; you renew it yourself from Profile. Buying again before the period ends stacks on top of your remaining active time.

Purchases through the App Store and Google Play

In the app, Pro is an automatic subscription billed, renewed and cancelled through Apple or Google under that store's terms.

USD purchases (Polar)

This section applies to Pro purchases paid in US dollars on the web. It is written in English because these purchases are meant for buyers outside Indonesia.

• Seller: Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record and the seller for USD purchases. Charges on your card statement appear as Polar or JoyoRogo.
• Renewal: a USD purchase is a subscription that renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from Profile > Manage subscription or from the Polar customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Taxes: Polar adds VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout where it applies to your location.
• Price changes: the price may change. We give notice before a new price applies to a new billing period.
